Child Care Certification Policy Manual
Once the certification worker concludes the desk review or on-site investigation, s/he summarizes the investigation findings using the investigation findings in WISCCRS.
In addition, the certification worker must assess whether s/he must issue a Noncompliance Statement and Correction Plan, increase monitoring or issue an enforcement action/sanction.
