Although monitoring results can be entered into WISCCRS for all visit where monitoring was done, a Noncompliance Statement shall not be issued when the visit is due to:
Initial and Relocation Site Visits (do not enter violations in WISCCRS).
Technical assistance visit when no other monitoring occurred.
Complaint investigation visit when no violations tied to the allegation were substantiated and no other monitoring occurred.
A reference guide in SharePoint is available to certification workers to help determine when it is appropriate to issue a Noncompliance Statement (or compliance statement). The guide will instruct certification workers when, based on very specific scenarios, to:
Enter violations into WISCCRS
Issue a noncompliance statement
Issue a compliance statement
