26 - Monitoring During Suspension

DCF 202 defines suspension as a temporary interruption in the regulatory approval. The certification worker shall not conduct monitoring visits during the suspension period, as the operator is considered unregulated during this time. It may be appropriate for the certification worker to conduct correction verification visits prior to lifting the suspension, however, if the basis for the suspension was noncompliance associated with conditions of the premise.

Keep in mind, the operator will no longer appear on the ‘Active Provider’ WebI reports after the suspension date.
