21 - Technical Assistance Visits

In addition to monitoring for compliance, certification agencies may help assure operator compliance with certification standards by providing technical assistance.

 

If a certified operator struggles in complying with the certification standards, the certification worker should give the certified operator contact information to various agencies in the community that can help him / her by providing training and additional resources. Examples of those agencies include:

 

 

A technical assistance visit will not result in a Noncompliance Statement or Compliance Statement, unless additional monitoring occurred.
