Anybody with access to WISCCRS or Web Intelligence (WebI) will be able to run reports on both licensed and certified provider information; however, an agency should not release information pertaining to another regulatory agency.
EXAMPLES:
If County A receives a request from the public to release information about certified providers in County B, County A refers the person to County B who is responsible for certifying the providers in County B.
County C receives a request from a newspaper asking to release violation and enforcement information on all licensed and certified providers in County C. County C will release the information on the certified providers in County C but the requestor must be referred to the appropriate regional licensing office for the licensed provider information in County C.
