Post-Permanency Resources in Wisconsin The Wisconsin Family Connections Center (WiFCC) is a unified, statewide program providing services to parents and caregivers partnering to raise children and youth through kinship care, foster care, and post-permanency, including reunification, guardianship, and adoption. The WiFCC provides equitable, culturally responsive services to anyone in Wisconsin with past or present involvement in the child welfare system, including: Parents whose children are placed out of the home Parents whose children have reunified Parents whose parental rights were terminated Parents creating an adoption plan Relative caregivers Like-kin caregivers Foster parents Pre-adoptive and adoptive parents Guardians Professionals working with families The WiFCC offers services for all of Wisconsin, with staff specializing in resources and opportunities for eight different regions, as outlined in the regional map. Adoption Search Program The Adoption Record Search Program helps adopted persons get information about themselves and their birth relatives. Persons whose birth parents have terminated their parental rights in Wisconsin can also get information about themselves and their birth relatives.
