of Excellence (AOE)
The Academy of Excellence (AOE) is a life management and personal
empowerment training program that bridges the gap between the skills of
inexperienced workers and professional standards of employers. A strong
emphasis is placed on work ethics, equipping participants with the

education, work experience and employment. This unique program is used as
the kick-off for each program participant.

2 Plastics (G2P)
The mission of
Generation 2 Plastics (G2P) is to be a highly competitive plastics
processing company that provides products and services to the plastics
industry, while also serving as a workplace skills training center. This
innovative solution to workforce development is a must see for all CEO's,
Administrators and Board Members.
Employment Training (NET)
The Non-Traditional Employment Training (NET) was the first program

retention begins with the first customer contact at the reception desk and
continues throughout the customers involvement with W-2. YW Works
retention goal is to have no negative departures from W-2 at any point in

Operation managers and retention staff can benefit from the creative ideas
developed within this model.
