May 14, 2001:

The W-2 Base Allocations chart (second chart in Attachment 4, Allocations Information) was revised to be consistent with the Biennial Budget to-date for the treatment of sanctions and the amounts for Benefits in the 2002-2003 W-2 and Related Programs Contracts. The Biennial Budget subtracts the projected amount for sanctions from the total amount available for Benefits. This revised amount for Benefits, with the projected amounts for sanctions already subtracted out, is included in the revised W-2 Base Allocations chart. The Services/Administration amounts were also revised to be consistent with the revised amount for the total Base Allocations. The Allocations Information (text) and the Contract Terms (Section 6.25.5) were revised to be consistent with the revisions in the W-2 Base Allocations chart. The JAL amounts (third chart in Attachment 4) were revised to be consistent with the proportionate amount for each W-2 agency in the revised W-2 Base Allocations chart.
