2013 W-2 Request for Proposals (RFP) Now Available
The Department of Children and Families (DCF) is proposing a new service delivery structure that divides the state into 10 geographical areas. Four (4) geographical areas are in Milwaukee County, and six (6) geographical areas are in the Balance of State (BOS). In addition, the 2013 RFP outlines a new payment structure that emphasizes payment for specified activities and outcomes the Department has determined to be highly important to the success of the W-2 program.

The 2013 W-2 Request for Proposal is now available at the link provided. The entire RFP is comprised of a Cover Letter and Exhibits 1-6, all of which are necessary to submit a response. There are several additional online resources referenced throughout the documents that may answer most of your questions. You are encouraged to utilize all resources provided.
Proposer Conference
A Proposer Conference was held April 20th, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Dept. of Children and Families, 201 E. Washington Ave., Madison, WI 53703.

PROPOSALS DUE: BEFORE 2:00 PM JUNE 11, 2012
Any changes or clarification to Exhibits 1-6 will be made in the form of an Amendment to the RFP. Amendment(s) to the RFP may be issued at any time prior to the due date and time. All amendments will be posted to this website. It is the proposer's responsibility to check the site periodically to determine if any amendments have been issued. No notification will be sent.
