October 9, 2003

• The Pre-Contract Conference call scheduled for October 10, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. has been cancelled.  A rescheduled date will be announced on this site.

September 18, 2003

• Additional W-2 Allocation questions and answers have been added.

August 27, 2003

August 13, 2003

• RFP Addendum No. 4 has been issued.

August 4, 2003

• RFP Addendum No. 3 has been issued.
• The Department has issued notices of intent to award the 2004-2005 W-2 and Related Programs Contract (*PDF) to the agencies selected in this RFP process with news release.

July 10, 2003

June 26, 2003

• Added clarification text to Questions and answers page to address the location of the May 21, 2003 information.

June 20, 2003

• Questions and answers on performance standards have been added.

June 17, 2003

• RFP Addendum No. 2 has been issued.

June 16, 2003

• RFP Addendum No. 1 has been issued. This Addendum causes some of the questions and answers on consortiums to be obsolete. Those questions and answers will be revised very soon.
• Questions and answers on a variety of topics have been added.

June 11, 2003

• Questions and answers related to Job Centers were added.
• W-2 benefit amounts for the period of 1/1/02 through 12/31/02 were added (this site now contains contract-to-date information)

June 10, 2003

• In response to requests, actual W-2 benefit amounts are posted under the W-2 Reference Materials (immediately under the Caseload Data link.)

June 9, 2003

• If any documents are updated, the revision date will appear next to the title of the documents.

June 6, 2003

• Added Appendix G to RFP and RFS.  Appendix G is the Wisconsin Job Center Directory.
• More Questions and Answers added related to consortiums.  Other topics will be added next week.

May 20, 2003

• The Weighted Caseload and Allocation chart (Appendix A) was corrected yesterday. That chart was difficult to read. Accordingly, a new version was posted today, identifiable with the date of 5/19/03 in the upper right hand corner.
• The Request to Remain on the Mailing List, (Part One, Section 6) form is available in an on- line fill version, by selecting on the link beneath Part One: About the RFP.

• Revised Announcement of the W-2 Proposers Conference *PDF.  Includes information for both Right of First Selection (RFS) and Request for Proposal (RFP) proposers.
