January 17, 2006
- The 2006-09 listing of W-2 Contract agencies is updated
to delete Milwaukee Center for Independence as the Milwaukee JDPA Northwest agency and Policy
Studies, Inc. is added as the replacement Milwaukee JDPA Northwest agency.
The December 23, 2005
Notice of Intent to Award a Contract, to Policy Studies, Inc. for the Milwaukee JDPA Northwest is
posted.
- The following other related documents are updated to reflect this change:
2006-07 FSET Supplement allocations; and
2006-07 W-2 Base Allocations Subject to Incentive Earnings by W-2 Contract Agency.
Additionally, UMOS – Milwaukee SSI Advocacy is deleted from this updated Appendix A chart, as they do not have a Community Services Jobs (CSJ) caseload.

December 21, 2005
- The initial 2006-07 FSET Supplement contract allocations, by agency including allocations by geographic area within consortia agencies, are published. $890,557 was allocated to all W-2 Contract Agency geographic areas and Tribes based on their percent of the total average FSET caseload from Nov 04 - Oct 05 with a minimum allocation of $750 per area or tribe. The total amount allocated to W-2 agencies is $882,651. The allocations for each Milwaukee region were distributed 30% to the CMA and 70% to the JDPA.
December 21, 2005
- The 2006-07 JALS contract amounts by agency including allocations by geographic area within consortia agencies are published. $1.2M was allocated to all geographic areas based on their percent of the total adjusted caseload from Nov04-Oct05 with a minimum allocation of $1,200 per area. This is the same allocation methodology used for the JALS funding in the 04-05 contract. The Milwaukee SSI agency received 5% of each of the five Milwaukee geographic area allocations.

- Financial Briefing Sessions for W-2 Contract Agencies for the 2006-2009 Contract Period have been scheduled. Agendas for Milwaukee and the Balance of the State are online.
November 17, 2005
- A chart
comparing the 2006-09 Contract language to the 2004-2005 Contract language
is posted. This chart reflects the major areas of change between these
contracts. The 2004-05 contract language is based on the Reference 2004-05
Contract that is posted on the RFP and RFS websites (Appendix H). The
2004-05 Amendments are incorporated into the 2004-05 Reference version.
An updated outline of the changes, as discussed on November 15, 2005, during the Pre-Contract Conference Call is also posted.

- The W-2 and Related Programs Contract document can be found at http://dwd.wisconsin.gov/dws/w2/contracts/20062009/default.htm. Every selected W-2 Contract Agency will be required to sign the Contract to receive funding under this program.

- On September 9, 2005, as a result of the RFP process, Notices of Intent to Award a Contract were sent to agencies. Agencies that earned Right of First Selection for the period beginning January 2006 are not listed. Their Plans are due by close of business on September 15, 2005.
