AMENDMENTS TO THE W-2 CONTRACT:

July 29, 2004

Final Closeout Funding Adjustment Contract Amendment

The Wisconsin Works (W-2) and Related Programs Contract is amended to make final funding adjustments in accordance with agency needs and available funding.  The final contract amounts are enumerated in Appendix B (2002-2003 W-2 Base Allocations).

Job Access Loan Contract Amendment

The Wisconsin Works (W-2) and Related Programs Contract is amended to adjust Job Access Loan (JAL) funding in accordance with agency usage of the JAL Program.

Workforce Attachment and Advancement Contract Amendment

The Wisconsin Works (W-2) and Related Programs Contract is amended to adjust the funding amount for Workforce Attachment and Advancement in accordance with the W-2 Agency's request for one of the following: a decrease of funding, and increase of funding or an adjustment of funding by line code.

Wisconsin Act 33 (2003-2005 Biennial Budget) Community Reinvestment Contract Amendment

The Wisconsin Works (W-2) and Related Programs Contract is amended to implement the Wisconsin Act 33 funding adjustment, in accordance with DWS Administrator's Memo 03-19.

Children First Contract Amendment

The Wisconsin Works (W-2) and Related Programs Contract is amended to adjust Children First funding in accordance with the Children First policy on deobligation and reallocation of funds.

The Wisconsin Works (W-2) and Related Programs Contract is amended to expand the One Case Credit provision and to include measurement of the Performance Standards and the earnings of Performance Bonuses for a W-2 agency operating under the Contract for less than the full Contract Period.

Administrative Cost Adjustment Contract Amendment
The Wisconsin Works (W-2) and Related Programs Contract is amended to implement a graduated administration scale for W-2 agencies with allocations between $500,000 and $899,000. There are two versions of this Amendment: one version is for agencies with a funding adjustment and the other version is for the agencies without a funding adjustment.
