Barrier Screening Tool
The Barrier Screening Tool (BST) is a web-based application designed to help W-2 Agencies gather information about medical, emotional and learning needs that may prevent a participant from successfully moving into the workforce.
Note: The Questions and Answers have now been updated and they match the material provided in Ops Memo 03-71.
