Federal TANF programs

The following federal TANF initiative has ended:

  • Employment Skills Advancement Program

Segregated State TANF programs

The following state TANF initiatives have ended:

Department of Workforce Development

  • Paternity Acknowledgement Through Hospitals
  • Milwaukee Jobs Initiative
  • Wisconsin Conservation Corps
  • Development Zones Coordination
  • Workforce and Economic Development Initiative
  • Fatherhood Initiative

Department of Health and Family Services

  • Community Marriage Coordinator

The following language has been corrected to reflect current policy:

  • Child support passed through directly to parents under the Child Support Pass-Through program is no longer used to determine eligibility for W-2

The following programs have been reclassified as segregated state programs:

Department of Health and Family Services

  • Safety Services (formerly a separate state program)

Department of Revenue

  • State Earned Income Tax Credit (formerly classified both as a federal TANF program and as a separate state program)

The following new state TANF program is being implemented:
