Enclosed is an amendment to Wisconsin's Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) block grant state plan.  Wisconsin is amending its TANF Plan to include the state Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) provisions under th Federal TANF program.

The following enclosed document has been updated to reflect the addition of the state EITC provisions under the Federal TANF program:

Federal TANF Programs: revised section to include a new page 16(b).

We understand that following your review, you will notify the Department to indicate that you have received the amendment to the FFY 99 - FFY 2000 TANF Plan and consider it complete.
