W-2 Unduplicated Most Recent Participant Placements by County/Tribe by Calendar Year:

This report, sorted by Wisconsin agency, displays a number of unique W-2 payment placement participants, a number of unique W-2 non-payment placement participants, as well as a count of unique participants (regardless of placement status). These reports are for completed calendar years.

The number of unduplicated payment placement participants and non-payment placement participants is a count of individuals that participated, in W-2, in that agency and in that payment placement or non-payment placement category, at least once, in the calendar year. The placement and non-placement columns may not be summed horizontally for unduplicated totals as one individual could be in both a payment placement and non-payment placement during the calendar year. These same two columns may not be summed vertically for unduplicated totals because an individual could be in more than one county during a calendar year.

The unduplicated participant column counts participants, only once during the calendar year, based on their placement status as of the last day of a report month (or the latest day of a report month where there was a placement before the case closed). The total of this column does represent an unduplicated number of participants for the appropriate calendar year.
