During a visit by Department of Children and Families licensors on September 25, 2009, licensors were unable to gain access. Upon arriving at the facility, licensors observed an adult enter the home, but after knocking loudly and ringing the door bell, which was clearly audible from outside, there was no response. Blinds and curtains were drawn, and there was no evidence of children present.
