As of mid September, 2009, the provider had 10 Shares authorizations for a facility licenses to serve a total of 6 children. Of those 10 authorizations, 7 authorizations, or 70%, were for children of employees of From Dusk Til Dawn Child Care Center.
During in-person visit by investigators on September 18, staff person was present. She indicated the owner was away from the facility. There was only one child present. The only child present was that staff person's child.
