Department of Children and Families revoked the license of this child care program in part as a result of violations of the Wisconsin Shares program August 12, 2009. It was determined by Dane County Department of Human Services that from March 1, 2009 to May 2, 2009 that the child care provider was overpaid $2,034. The reason for this include the provider having claimed attendance for a child who was not present.
