Rationale for Reasonable Suspicion of Program Violation:
The Department of Children and Families suspended this child care provider from the Wisconsin Shares program because Milwaukee County Health and Human Services Department (MCHHSD) determined an Intentional Program Violation (IPV).
Additionally, on July 16, 2009, Department of Children Families staff observed serious and repeat statute and/or rule violation(s) during a verification visit at Auntie Mae's Family Daycare. These included the failure to maintain a current, accurate written record of the daily attendance on a form prescribed by the department that includes the actual time of arrival and departure for each child, for the duration of the time the child has been enrolled in the program. The licensee has been using ditto marks to record the daily attendance for children. This issue had twice been cited previously.
