Who We Serve
The Partner Training Section (PTS) provides training to new and experienced TANF workers and supervisors. PTS develops and delivers training related to TANF policies, processes, and systems.
- Training is delivered through both classroom and distance learning opportunities, and
- Workers may complete
appropriate training topics relative to their designated
job function(s).
Access to all training is through the PTS Learning Center, which provides a catalog of all course offerings and maintains individual training transcripts.
