W-2 Refresher Training
PTS offers a range of refresher training to meet the needs of various job functions.
Simply request the appropriate curriculum and it will be assigned to your profile. You can then access your training directly and track your completion.
W-2 Up-Front Workforce Attachment
A series of courses that focuses on the up-front workforce attachment policies and the related work programs processes.
W-2 Eligibility for FEPs
A series of courses that covers policy and CARES Worker Web processes for W-2 eligibility determination.
Ongoing W-2 Work Programs Processes
Work programs policies and process beginning with W-2 placement. W-2 placement, activity assignment, non-participation, and closure are all included.

Note that Refresher curriculum should be completed in a timely manner and requires 8-10 hours of time per week to devote to training during the training period. Please only request a Refresher curriculum when you are able schedule time for completion. Refer to the Refresher Guide and Syllabus/Sample Calendar for your job function for more specific information. These are located in the PTS Learning Center under Supervisor Tools.
