PTS strives to provide training appropriate to job function and level of experience throughout the state. Training is developed to meet these varying needs and is provided using a variety of methods that can be accessed either online, via the classroom, or through onsite support.

New Worker Training - This page outlines the DCF New Worker Training process from beginning to end.
Onsite Requests - Used to request a classroom course be brought to your location. They are also used to submit your interest in a particular course when you want to see it scheduled.
Training Times - Our monthly newsletter that provides information on upcoming training opportunities, new courses, and general tips. Current and past issues can be found on the home page of the PTS Learning Center. You can also subscribe to the Training Times and get it in your e-mail each month.
