The Division of Juvenile Corrections (DJC) in the Department of Corrections (DOC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Health and Family Services (DHFS) to obtain the services of MAXIMUS, Inc. regarding Title IV-E eligibility. Under this agreement, DOC may be contacting counties throughout the state to obtain IV-E required documents. This Department is authorizing this sharing of this information under the provisions of s. 46.206(1)(b) and 48.48.(2), Stats., and sections 2.01 and 2.05 of the State/County Contract. Please provide the information requested by DOC in a timely manner.

MAXIMUS, Inc. has developed a process to ensure that the Statewide Eligibility Unit (SEU) in DOC will obtain any needed information from the Milwaukee Eligibility Unit (MEU) and the SEU throughout the balance of the state.
