Foster Youth Graduates are Honored at Third Annual Ceremony

The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families encourages the success of foster children and youths, and again this year had the opportunity to host an event honoring a special group of foster youths at the state Executive Residence on June 29th.

Thirty-two Wisconsin youths who have been in foster care and recently graduated from high school, technical school or college/university were recognized during a ceremony at the third annual event held to show support for their educational achievements.
