Child and Family Services Review (CFSR) State Assessment

The assessment process for the Child and Family Services Review (CFSR) includes completing a statewide assessment and state policy summary prior to the federal on-site review of child welfare cases. The assessment and policy summary were used by the federal review team to identify issues for the review and rate cases for compliance with state policy.
