Wisconsin Child Welfare
Electronic Bulletin Board
The purpose of the Child Welfare Electronic Bulletin Board is to
gather comments and questions on policy development related to the Wisconsin
Child Welfare Program .
Draft policies are developed by Child Welfare
Workgroups and posted to the
electronic bulletin board for input/comments/questions.
At the time the draft policies are posted to the bulletin board a comment/question
period will be identified. The typical length of the comment/question period
will be two weeks, with more time being allowed if possible. All
committee members and other interested parties can post
comments or submit questions on any issues in the draft policies within the
established comment period. There will be no direct responses to comments
or questions unless appropriate.
The DCFS staff committee representative or designee will be responsible for
posting their Committee’s products on the bulletin board and monitoring the
comments/questions. Committee members are also strongly encouraged to monitor
the bulletin board.
After the comment/question period closes, all comments/questions will be
shared with the Committee (s) for their consideration and incorporated into
the policy if appropriate. Comments/questions will not be responded to individually
but rather incorporated into the document as appropriate.
Once you submit a comment/question you must hit the refresh button in order to see your
comment/question post to the bulletin board.
Sign up for notification of new policy initiatives
posted to the bulletin board.
