Plans
All recipients of Federal and/or State funds are required to complete and submit a Civil Rights Letter of Assurance (LOA) to DCF, regardless of size. Agencies that employ 25 or more employees and receive more than $25,000 must complete a CRC Plan which must be kept on file. The plan must be furnished at the time of an on-site monitoring review or upon request by DCF, DHS or DWD.
The DCF/DHS/DWD joint Civil Rights Compliance (CRC) Requirements for January 1, 2010 - December 31, 2013, were published on October 23, 2009. The Letter of Assurance and Plan Requirements’ publication is located on the DHS web site and is linked to below.
