Monitoring
To ensure compliance with the Civil Rights requirements, DCF periodically conducts on-site monitoring visits of recipient agencies. These agencies are also expected to conduct annual compliance reviews of their sub-contractors and/or sub-grantees.
This page provides agency access to the DCF policy, plan and the monitoring tool that is used during on-site visits. Also on this page you will find a self-assessment tool for use by the recipient agency in meeting the Civil Rights Plan requirement of conducting an annual self-assessment.
This Administrator's Memo and the monitoring resources listed below were issued by the Department of Workforce Development (DWD) before the creation of the DCF. DCF will be issuing a memo and updating these resources for the upcoming Civil Rights period, January 1, 2010 - December 31, 2013, in the fall of 2009.
