Monitoring

To ensure compliance with the Civil Rights requirements, DCF periodically conducts on-site monitoring visits of recipient agencies. These agencies are also expected to conduct annual compliance reviews of their sub-contractors and/or sub-grantees.

This page provides agencies access to the DCF Desk Review tool and Reviewer’s Monitoring Guide, which are used by DCF during desk and on-site visits. Also on this page you will find a link to the self-assessment tool in the Civil Rights Compliance requirements document, for use by the recipient agencies in meeting the Civil Rights Plan requirements of conducting an annual self-assessment.
