Special Needs Child of the MonthEach month we feature a child or sibling group of older children and children with special needs in Wisconsin who cannot return to their birth family and need an adoptive family. Additional children are featured in the ADOPT! photo listing book which is available at all Wisconsin adoption agencies and in many libraries in the state.
