Abuse or
Neglect: A county child
protective services staff has made a finding, related to the child care
center, staff member or household member, of child abuse or neglect. Administration
and Records: Most often
used for violations related to the terms of the license, child and staff
records, reporting and operational requirements. Caregiver Background Check: For violations relating to obtaining and documenting appropriate and complete background checks. Health/Medical:
For violations of rules related to child or staff health records,
medical authorizations, policies regarding ill children, injuries, etc. Inappropriate
Discipline or Behavior Management:
For violations of rules related to child guidance. Licensed
Capacity: For violations
related to the maximum number of children that may be cared for at any one
time. Nutrition:
For violations related to the type, amount, frequency, or
documentation of meals and snacks. Other:
