WI Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) Plan

The Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) Plan is a public document prepared by all states every two years. The Plan describes the administration and funding of Wisconsin's child care subsidy and quality programs.

During the year of Plan development and before June 30, each state must submit its plan to the federal Administration for Children and Families - Child Care Bureau (ACF-CCB) for their review and approval in order to receive CCDF dollars.

In addition, States are required to seek public comments on their proposed plan and to hold a public hearing where comments are received and considered for inclusion. Wisconsin is in the process of developing it's 2013-2015 State Plan, accordingly a draft plan is now posted here: Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Plan

Please note that this is a DRAFT document; and, as such, it is subject to change based on comments obtained during the hearing and review processes. The public hearing for Wisconsin's Plan will be on June 4, 2013, from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. in Room D203 at the Department of Children and Families.
