  • Paternity Testing:

    • Orchid Cellmark, 821 W. State St., Safety Building Room 311, phone 414-223-1272, fax 414-223-1861. Requires a copy of the court order that can be faxed, child's date of birth, a court case number if available, and a call letting them know who will be coming in (an alleged father or a child with case manager and/or guardian).
