Updating Name, Address, Phone Number or Employment Information

Reporting Name Changes

Report any name changes to the child support agency that handles your case.

If you have a child support debit card, the child support agency will report your official name change to the debit card vendor. However, if you want a new card that reflects your name change, you will need to request this by calling EPPIC customer service at 1-877-253-3686.

Reporting Address and Phone Number Changes

Keeping your address and phone number updated with your child support agency will ensure that you keep getting important notices and that there will be no delays if the agency needs to contact you. You can do this online using Child Support Online Services (CSOS), a secure web application for child support case participants. If you do not have a logon ID for CSOS, call your child support agency to update your contact information

Please note that updating this information with your child support agency will NOT update the address or phone number for your child support debit card. You must call EPPIC's toll free number (1-877-253-3686), and report your new address or phone number.

Reporting Employment Changes

State law requires payers to report employment changes to their child support agency (or to the court, if they are not receiving full child support services either through application or being referred from a public aid or benefit program) within 10 days of losing your job, a change in income, getting a new job, or changing jobs.
