Help with your order review
when getting case management services
When asked in writing child support agencies will help with a review, every three years or after a substantial change in circumstances.
- Every three years, the Bureau of Child Support will mail a notice to
both parents about their rights for a review.
- These notices are sent by mail to the address listed with the child support agency. Parents can update their addresses on the Child Support Online Services web site or by contacting their child support agency.
Local child support agencies have different practices for reviewing court orders.
- Some child support agencies have their staff review the order.
- Other agencies provide help to parents on how to use the pro se process to ask the court to review the support order.
