Help with your order review
when getting case management services

When asked in writing child support agencies will help with a review, every three years or after a substantial change in circumstances.

  • Every three years, the Bureau of Child Support will mail a notice to both parents about their rights for a review.

Local child support agencies have different practices for reviewing court orders.

  • Some child support agencies have their staff review the order.
  • Other agencies provide help to parents on how to use the pro se process to ask the court to review the support order.
