The Wisconsin EPPIC Debit MasterCard for Support Payments
The Wisconsin Child Support Program has replaced your child support Chase Visa debit card with the new Wisconsin EPPIC Debit MasterCard, issued by Comerica Bank and managed by EPPIC. If you do not use direct deposit or currently receive payments on a child support debit card, you will get the Wisconsin EPPIC Debit MasterCard once the Trust Fund processes your first support payment.
- Safer than paper checks
- No trips to the bank or waiting in long lines
- Avoid check cashing fees
- Monthly statements showing your support payments & purchases
The first child support collection received after February 7, 2013 will be posted to your Wisconsin EPPIC Debit MasterCard. Within 2 to 3 business days you will receive a letter indicating your card is coming. You will get your card 5 to 10 business days after you get the first letter. If no payment is made on your case, you will not get a card.
Below are copies of documents that will come with your new Wisconsin EPPIC MasterCard:

You can activate your card as soon as you get it. You can activate a new or a replacement card by calling EPPIC customer service at their toll free number 1-877-253-3686 (this is the number on the back of your card). Once your card is activated, you can use it. Future payments will be applied to your account usually within 2 business days of receipt of the support payment by the Trust Fund.
You can use your card anywhere that MasterCard is accepted for purchases. You can also get cash withdrawals from your card. You can use MoneyPass ATM locations surcharge-free to get a cash withdrawal. You could also choose to take a teller-assisted cash withdrawal from any bank that displays the MasterCard acceptance mark or any credit union associated with Alliance One Credit with no fee.
