This service is limited to:

• questions about using payment coupons
• questions about & application forms for pay by phone & direct deposit services
• getting copies of your account history
• providing basic information about payments received & sent out.

If you have questions about your support case (such as employer not sending withheld support, parent not paying) and you get case management services, please contact your local child support agency.
