Monitoring & enforcing child support orders

Wisconsin DOA Vendors

If you provide goods or services to the State of Wisconsin and owe past-due child support, your payments from the Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA) are eligible for intercept if you are certified for state tax refund intercept.

State law allows the Wisconsin Department of Revenue to intercept all payments made by the Department of Administration (DOA), up to the amount of the certified debt. Section 71.93(2) of the Wisconsin Statutes gives state agencies permission to intercept vendor disbursements paid by DOA to individuals and businesses.

If you are certified for state tax refund intercept because you owe past-due child support, you will remain certified until you the certified amount in full.
