Changing the way you get support payments
Switch to Direct Deposit
If you want to switch to direct deposit: download and fill out the Direct Deposit form, then mail it to the address listed on the form. If you do not have a printer, call the KIDS Info Line, weekdays, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (CST), and ask to have the Direct Deposit form mailed to you.
Future payments will be deposited into your bank account. The money remaining in your debit card account will not be deposited into your bank account. Use your card to spend any money left in your card’s account.
Switch to the Debit Card
To stop direct deposit and get a debit card, call the KIDS Info Line, weekdays, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (CST).
When your next payment is received, a debit card will be mailed to you. Future payments will go on your debit card account. Click here for time frames.
