Notice about Visa debit card "Good Thru" date

Important Points

  1. Your PIN will not change.

  2. Your money stays in the same account, only the card changes.

  3. The phone number listed in all the Visa debit card pages is the same toll free number (1-866-817-0761) that is printed on the back of card

  4. Your child support Visa debit card will no longer work:

    • The first day after the "Good Thru" month on your card. For example, your "Good Thru" date is 03/2011 (March 2011). On April 1, 2011, your card will not work.

    • Right after you activate your new card. See how to activate your card. (this information will also come with your new card).

  5. If you move, always call Chase or send a message using their online Message Center at www.myaccount.chase.com. Chase will send your updated address information to your child support agency.
