Appealing a Decision about Child Support Cooperation

You may request a Fair Hearing on a denial of good cause for not cooperating with a child support agency. The request for a Fair Hearing must made within 10 days of the action’s effective date.

To ask for a Fair Hearing:

• Put your request in writing
• Include a copy of the decision with your request
