Numbered memos are policies written by the Division of Safety and Permanance (DSP) within the Department of Children and Families (DCF). These memos create or explain requirements for child welfare agencies.
These memos are available on a listserv. The listserv is free, but does require an active e-mail address.

Informational Memos
Informational (Info) Memos provide guidance and information for child welfare agencies. Info memos are created by DSP, DCF to assist agencies or provide information to help guide their practice decisions.
